Kenneth Francis Davis is Today’s Repeat Offender

 

The Albuquerque Police Department has named Kenneth Davis as today’s Repeat offender of the Day. Davis has 22 prior arrests and was charged today in Metropolitan Court with Burglary and Tampering with evidence.

 

As a part of the repeat offender of the day program, the Albuquerque Police Department is placing Davis’s picture on its Facebook page and web site as well as posting a link on the department’s Twitter account. The repeat offender of the day program was started in June 2012 by Mayor Richard J. Berry and Police Chief Raymond Schultz in an attempt to get a meaningful Three Strikes Law Passed.
